For California residents covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act – Consumers Rights
- A consumer shall have the right to request that a business that collects a consumer’s personal information disclose to that consumer the categories and a specific piece of personal information the business has collected.
- A consumer shall have the right to request that a business delete any personal information about the consumer which the business has collected from the consumer.
- A consumer shall have the right to request changes and corrections to any inaccurate personal information.
- A consumer shall have the right to request that a business that collects, sells or discloses for business purposes personal information about the consumer must disclose to the consumer the following categories; personal information that has been collected, sources that information is collected from, purpose for collecting or selling personal information, third parties where information is shared, specific pieces of personal information collected about consumer.
- A consumer shall have the right, at any time, to direct a business that sells or shares personal information about the consumer to third parties not to sell or share the consumer’s personal information. This right may be referred to as the right to opt-out.
For Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, Utah, Virginia, Oregon, Texas, Montana, Delaware, New Hampshire, Nebraska, New Jersey, Iowa, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island, subject to applicable law of your State, you may have the right to request deletion. KMA will comply with each States applicable law.
For residents in any State, KMA will coply with your request for deletion of your data and information.

If you utilized a 3rd party and they do not supply KMA with all the information required, we cannot fulfill your request. KMA does not collect email addresses, we use 3rd Party services. We would be unable to delete or suppress a Consumers full data and information from an email address, we need complete name and full address to comply with a request to delete your information.
